Thank you so much, this will be beautiful on a balcony. When would you fertilize this and with what?

You don’t need to fertilize the bulbs when planting. You could fertilize with an all-purpose granular fertilizer in spring when the bulb tips break through the soil only if you want to transplant them to the ground when they are done blooming.
