The Herb Society of Central Indiana will present Horseradish — The Herb of Kings for the spring Herb Symposium, at the Ritz Charles, 12156 N. Meridian, Carmel, Ind.
Horseradish in the Kitchen: From Fatal Fumes to Fiery Flavor will be presented by keynote speaker, Susan Belsinger, culinary herbalist and educator. Janell Foust will speak about herbal remedies.
An herbal luncheon, plant and herb vendors, silent auction and door prizes also will be part of the day.
Cost is $40.00. Registration deadline: April 8.
