The 16th annual Spring Garden Clinic will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Feb. 27 at Cold Spring School, 3650 Cold Spring Road. Sponsored by the Marion County Extension’s Capital City Garden Project, the topics include: water gardening, honey bees, native plants, plant pests, spring garden tasks and right tree right place. The Hoosier Gardener will be doing a session on new plants for the Indiana garden.
