Volunteers are needed to celebrate the first day of spring by planting Snapshot snapdragons in the 25 containers at the Indianapolis City Market on Saturday, March 20, 2010.
We will start about 10 a.m., and it will take about two hours to do the job, depending on the number of volunteers. Some of the volunteers may tidy up the bed along Market Street, where we planted dozens of perennials last spring.
Volunteers should bring their own tools and gloves. Please let me know if you can help by e-mailing me at thehoosiergardener at gmail dot com with City Market in the subject head. I look forward to seeing you next Saturday.
